A LAMA Gift Card is a prepaid card that can be used to shop online at the LAMA website or any LAMA Retail store.

What types of gift cards are available?

LAMA offers:

• Physical Gift Cards available at retail stores
• E-Gift Cards available through the LAMA website

Where can I use my gift card?

LAMA Gift Cards can be redeemed at:

• The LAMA website
• LAMA Retail stores

Can gift cards be used across both online and retail channels?

Yes, gift cards can be used across both channels, including online and at all LAMA Retail stores.

In what denominations are gift cards available?

Gift cards are available in the following fixed denominations:

• PKR 10,000
• PKR 15,000
• PKR 20,000
• PKR 25,000
• PKR 50,000

How can I purchase a gift card?

You can purchase:

• Physical Gift Cards from LAMA Retail stores only
• E-Gift Cards through the official LAMA website

Can I purchase a LAMA Gift Card wallet?

Yes. The LAMA Gift Card wallet is available for purchase separately at all LAMA Retail stores. However, it can only be purchased by customers who have purchased a LAMA Gift Card.

How will I receive my gift card?

• Physical Gift Cards are handed over to customers at the time of purchase at any LAMA Retail store.
• E-Gift Cards are delivered electronically via email and/or WhatsApp.

Can I send an E-Gift Card directly to someone else?

Yes. At the time of purchase, you can choose to send the E-Gift Card directly to the recipient via email and/or WhatsApp.

Can I schedule the delivery of an E-Gift Card?

Yes. You can schedule the delivery of your E-Gift Card to the recipient by selecting your preferred delivery date during checkout. The gift card will be sent via email and/or WhatsApp at 12:00 PM on the scheduled date.

How long does delivery take?

• E-Gift Cards are emailed shortly after successful payment confirmation.
• Physical Gift Cards are handed over immediately upon purchase at retail stores.

What information is required to purchase a gift card?

• For E-Gift Cards, a valid email address and/or mobile number is required.
• For Physical Gift Cards, a valid email address and/or mobile number is required.

Does my physical gift card need to be activated?

• Physical LAMA Gift Cards are activated at the point of purchase at the retail store. No additional activation is required by the customer.
• E-Gift Cards are activated automatically upon successful payment.

How do I redeem my E-Gift Card online?

Enter your unique 16-digit gift card code during checkout in the payment section.

How do I redeem my E-Gift Card in-store?

Present the E-Gift Card QR code sent via email and WhatsApp to the cashier at checkout.

Can I use my gift card more than once?

Yes. Gift cards can be used across multiple transactions until the available balance is fully utilized or the card expires.

Can I use a gift card for partial payment?

Yes, you can use the gift card for partial payments.

If your gift card balance is less than your order value, you can pay the remaining amount using another accepted payment method.

Can I purchase another gift card using a gift card?

No. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase another gift card.

Can I recharge or top up my gift card?

No. Gift cards cannot be recharged or topped up once the balance has been used.

Can I use a promotional or discount code together with a gift card?

Yes. Promotional codes are applied first to your order total, followed by the gift card balance.

Any remaining amount can be paid using another accepted payment method.

How can I check my gift card balance?

You can check your gift card balance through:

• The LAMA website
• LAMA Retail stores

Will I be informed about my remaining balance after redemption?

Yes. Your remaining balance will be shared on the purchase receipt and will also be communicated via email and WhatsApp.

Do gift cards expire?

Yes. LAMA Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Will I receive an expiry reminder?

Yes. A reminder email and message will be sent 30 days before expiry using the registered contact details.

What happens if my gift card expires?

Once expired, the remaining balance cannot be redeemed or reactivated.

What happens if I return an item purchased using a gift card?

Returns and exchanges follow LAMA’s standard return and exchange policy.

Will I receive a cash refund for purchases made using a gift card?

No. LAMA does not have a cash refund policy, and refunds are not permitted against gift card transactions.

Can gift cards be exchanged for cash?

No. Gift cards are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

What happens if my gift card is lost or stolen?

LAMA is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of gift cards. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced or reimbursed.

Is my gift card transferable?

Gift cards function as bearer instruments, meaning anyone with access to the card or code may use it.

Customers are advised to keep their gift card details secure.

Can LAMA block a gift card?

LAMA reserves the right to block gift cards associated with suspicious, duplicate, fraudulent, or unauthorized activity.

What should I do if my gift card is not working?

Please contact LAMA Customer Support using the customersupport@lamaretail.com and provide:

• Your unique 16-digit Gift Card code
• Proof of purchase
• Your registered email address and/or phone number
